Swadesh Investment acquires FinCap

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Swadesh Investment Management Limited (SIML) and FinCap Analyst & Advisory Services Limited (FinCap) recently in the city, said a press release.
According to the understanding, SIML has acquired FinCap as a subsidiary of SIML. FinCap will provide all necessary research, training, consulting, and publication support to SIML in addition to the regular business of FinCap.
