Swadhinata Cup H’ball kicks off today

The Swadhinata Cup Handball (Men's and Women's) Tournament- 2015 will begin at the Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali Handball Stadium in the city today (Saturday), reports UNB.
Bangladesh Police, and Ansar and VDP Men's team will play the opener of the tournament while Bangladesh Handball Federation president AKM Nurul Fazal Bulbul will inaugurate the meet.
A total of seven teams-four Men's and three Women's-will take part in the three-day meet.
Men's group comprises Bangladesh Police, Border Guard Bangladesh, Ansar and VDP and Quantum Foundation.
Women's group comprises Viqarunnisa Noon School and College, Ansar and VDP, and Bangladesh Police teams in the Women's group.
