State Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Swapan Bhattacherjee speaks at the 33rd Annual Planning Conference of the Rural Development Academy (RDA) in Bogura on Thursday. RDA Director General (Additional Secretary) Md Khurshid Iqbal Rezvi presided over the conference.
