SWIFT User Group holds workshop

The SWIFT User Group in Bangladesh organised a workshop in the city recently with a view to introducing members with the new product features and modules of SWIFT, said a press release.
Head of Indian Sub-continent SWIFT Arun Tiwari, Relationship Manager of India and Sub-continent countries Asia Pacific of SWIFT Rajshree Shishodia, Senior Business Development Manager of Cambridge Solutions Limited of India Sharath Nair and Shahidul Huq of Syscom Bangladesh made presentations at the workshop, outlining new product features of SWIFT for the benefit of banks and their customers.
Chairperson and Secretary General of the SWIFT User Group in Bangladesh Kazi Mahmood Sattar and Irteza Reza Chowdhury respectively welcomed the guests and the participants.
They urged the participants to implement new product of the software so that it can benefit Bangladeshi banks and its customers in a greater scale.
First Assistant Vice President (International Relation Division) of Bank Asia Akmal Hossain coordinated the workshop.
A total of 50 representatives from various banks apart from oversees representatives of SWIFT attended the workshop, the release added.
