SWIFT users group holds meeting

A meeting of the SWIFT Users Group of Bangladesh was held at the Bank Asia's Corporate Office in the city recently.
Chaired by SWIFT Users Group of Bangladesh Chairperson K Mahmood Sattar, the meeting was attended, among others, by its General Secretary Irteza Reza Chowdhury, Engineer Shamsur Rahman Chowdhury, Syed Mohammad Masum and Md Akmal Hossain.
Senior executives from 35 banks of the country took part in the meeting.
The meeting was called primarily to upgrade the SWIFT security systems among the member banks.
