On the recommendation of the board of directors of Bank Asia, Bangladesh Bank has approved the appointment of Syed Anisul Huq as its president and managing director on a fresh contract for the third time.
Huq joined Bank Asia as CEO in June 2000, and prior to joining the bank he was the CEO of Southeast Bank. He has an illustrious career with four decades of eventful experience in multi-dimensional areas of banking operations.
