Sylhet Div beat Barisal Div by 9 wkts in NCL

Sylhet Division beat Barisal Division by 9 wickets on the 3rd day of a four-day match of the Walton 15th National Cricket League (NCL) at Barisal Divisional Stadium Saturday, reports UNB.
In the days' match, Sylhet Division resumed the first innings with overnight total 221 for 7 in 99 overs and was all out for 299 runs in 122 overs.
Night watch batsman Anwar Akbar scored 77 runs off 296 balls with three fours and a six and was adjudged man of the match.
Lower order Nabil Samad made not out 40 runs. Golam Kabir captured two wickets for 63 runs.
In reply, Barisal Division, having 224 runs in the first innings, opened the 2nd innings and scored 130 runs for 9 in 57.3 overs.
Salman Hossain scored 45 runs while Manik not out and Monir Hossain made 28 runs each.
Abu Jayed and Enamul Haque Jr claimed three wickets conceding 26 and 46 runs respectively.
Chasing 55 runs, Sylhet Division opened the 2nd innings and post match winning 58 runs for one wicket in 11 overs.
Sayem Alam and Imtiaz Hossain were in batting scoring 48 and 10 runs respectively.
Iftekhar Nayeem took the only wicket for his side conceding 33 runs.
Rangpur Division vs Chittagong Division:
In the days' other match, at Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox's Bazar, Rangpur Division leads by 203-run against Chittagong Division on third day (Saturday).
Chittagong Division resumed the first innings with overnight 154 for 4 in 56 overs and scored 189 runs for all in 80.3 overs on 3rd day.
Two night watch batsman Jasimuddin and Nazimuddin scored 22 and 17 runs respectively while Mohammad Saifuddin remained not out with 3 runs.
Suhrawardi Shuvo bagged three wickets for 49 runs in 30 overs.
In reply, Rangpur Divisio, having 249 runs in the first innings, opened the 2nd innings to post 143 runs for 2 wickets in 63 overs.
Saymon Ahmad and Tarik Ahmed were in batting making 71 and 50 runs respectively.
Yasin Arafat and Younus took one wicket each for 35 and 53 runs respectively.
Dhaka Division vs Dhaka Metro:
At Shaheed Chandu Stadium, Bogra Dhaka Division lead by 7 runs against Dhaka Metro on the 3rd day.
Resumed the first innings with first day's 375 for 9 wickets in 90 overs, Dhaka Division scored 398 runs for all in 94.1 overs.
In reply, Dhaka Metro opened the first innings and scored 401 runs for all in 82.1 overs with Marshal Ayub making a century scoring 173 runs off 209 balls featuring 21 fours and three sixes.
Dhaka Division opened the 2nd innings and made 10 runs for no loss at stumps in 6 overs.
Rony Talukdar and Abdul Majid were in batting scoring 5 and 4 runs respectively.
Rajshahi Division vs : Khulna Division:
The match at Shaheed Kamruzzaman Stadium in Rajshahi on 3rd day Rajshahi Division trailed by 23 runs against Rajshahi Division.
In reply to Khulna Division 274 runs, Rajshahi Division opened the first innings on third day and scored 251 runs for 9 wickets in 69 overs.
Delwar Hossain and Muktar Ali were in batting making 52 and 51 runs respectively.
Robiul Islam Shiblu claimed three wickets for 53 runs in 15 overs.
