Syndicated term loan of Tk. 7,000m for Bashundhara

Bank Asia Limited, as the Lead Arranger & Agent arranged a signing ceremony recently for Syndicated Term Loan facility of Tk. 7,000 million on account of Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd, said a statement.
The signing ceremony was held at Le Méridien Dhaka. Mr. Sayem Sobhan, Managing Director of Bashundhara Group and Mr. Md. Arfan Ali, President and Managing Director of Bank Asia Ltd. along with Chief Executive Officers from the participating lenders signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Among others, high officials of Bashundhara Group and senior executives of the participating lenders were also present on the occasion. Banks which have participated in this syndicated deal are Bank Asia Ltd., Dhaka Bank Ltd., First Security Islami Bank Ltd., Pubali Bank Ltd., Social Islami Bank Ltd. and UCB.
