Tailor master stabbed to death in city

Muggers stabbed to death a tailor master in the city's Mirpur area early Sunday. Victim Hasmat Ali Sheikh (50), a master of 'The New Style Tailor' located behind Mirpur police station, was returning home at 67 Baro Bagh from his tailor shop. Police said a gang of muggers swooped on him when he reached near the Shinepukur crossing at Baro Bagh at about 3:30 am. — UNB
