Takaful Islami Ins approves 10pc cash dividend

The 8th annual general meeting (AGM) of the Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held in the city recently. Chairman of the company Md Fazle Azim presided over the meeting. Shareholders of the company and its Managing Director Abul Kashem Chowdhury were present on the occasion.
They expressed satisfaction at the performance of the company during the year and approved the balance-sheet of the year that ended on December 31, 2007. The AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2007.
