Tareq new DMD of BRAC Bank

BRAC Bank Limited has appointed Tareq Refat Ullah Khan as its new Deputy Managing Director (DMD), said a press release.
Before his new assignment, he was Head of Corporate Banking of the bank.
Tareq has more than two decades of diverse banking experience in risk management, commercial and corporate banking, international trade, cash management, and special asset management.
He joined BRAC Bank in 2017. He played an instrumental role in re-engineering the people, process and set clear goals for the corporate banking division of the bank to lead it to as one of the most preferred corporate banking partners in terms of transaction banking in the industry.
Before joining BRAC Bank, Tareq has headed the corporate banking relationship unit for EBL. He started his banking career in 1996 with IFIC Bank Ltd. He had also worked for AB Bank Ltd.
Tareq completed his graduation from Chittagong University and masters from the University of Dhaka. He also holds an MBA. Tareq is an Omega (UK) certified credit professional and alumni of the Indian school of business.
