Tariff and non-tariff barriers impede trade integration in South Asia, said the International Chamber of Commerce, Bangladesh (ICCB) on Sunday, the concluding day of the two-day celebration of its 20 years presence in this country. Mahbubur Rahman, president of the Bangladesh chapter of the international trade-body, briefed journalists Sunday evening on the recommendations of the international conference on global economic recovery in Asian perspective and the lessons learned from the deliberations of the participants, according to a news agency.
