\\\'Tarique hatching conspiracy staying abroad\\\'

Saturday, 4 October 2014

Awami League (AL) Advisory Council member Advocate Yusuf Hossain Humayun alleged Friday that staying in a foreign country BNP senior vice-chairman Tarique Rahman has been hatching multifarious conspiracies against the country, reports BSS.
"Taking political asylum abroad, Tarique, a fugitive, has become the centre-point of media talks from time to time passing anti-state remarks. He should return home and do politics if he had that courage," he said.
The senior AL leader said this while speaking as the chief guest at a discussion on current politics at the Bir Uttam Khwaza Nizamuddin auditorium at Segunbagicha in the capital city.
Bangabandhu Academy organised the discussion with its president Sajjad Hossain in the chair while Samyabadi Dal central leader Haroon Chowdhury, Dhaka City AL vice-president Faezuddin Miah, secretary general of Bangabandhu Academy Humayun Kabir Mizi, vice-presidents Atiqur Rahman and Rezaul Karim were the discussants, among others.
Mr Humayun said, "Awami League can't tolerate any injustice done to any religion. So, action will be taken against those who will dare to hurt the religious sentiment. Our party president and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina evaluates all dedicated leaders of AL and she will also evaluate them in the future."
