Saturday, 27 December 2014

MADARIPUR, Dec 26 (BSS): Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan today said Tarique Rahman, elder son of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia, is trying to save war criminals by talking nonsense in London.
"Tarique, now living in London, is talking rubbish to save war criminals," he said while speaking as the chief guest at a function at Mithapukur here.
Luxminarayan High School organized a three-day function to celebrate its first centennial of founding with its governing body President Syeda Rokeya Begum in the chair.
Though Tarique makes derogatory remarks about Bangabandhu, he will never be able to save razakars and war criminals, the minister stated.
The function was addressed, among others, by Superintendent of Police Khandker Faridul Islam and Sadar Upazila Parshad Chairman Pavelur Rahman Shafique Khan.
