Team East earn 3-wkt win over Team West

Team East earned a three-wicket victory over Team West in the four-day Challenge Cup Cricket on the third day at the Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium Sunday, reports UNB.
Team East, dismissed for 186 in the first innings, opened the second innings today and reached their match-winning target of 166 runs in 62.2 overs for the loss of seven wickets.
Team West, who scored 264 runs in the first innings, were bundled out for 105 in the 2nd innings giving an easy target for Team East on day three.

In the day's other match at the BKSP in Savar, Team North scored 263 runs for all in 139 overs after resuming the innings on the second day today with overnight 154 for 5 in 97 overs.
In reply, Team South were forced to follow-on as they were bundled out for paltry 50 runs in 24 overs. In their second innings, Team South scored 40 runs for one wicket in 17.2 overs when bails were drawn for the day.
