Teenage boy injured by uncle succumbs

BRAHMANBARIA, Aug 26 (UNB): A teenage boy who was critically injured by his uncle at Nasirnagar Upazila Thursday succumbed to his injuries at Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital Friday morning.
Police said Rezaul (18), student of Firozia Hafizia Madrasah, was critically injured, as his uncle Iqbal hit on Rezaul's head with a stick Thursday following an altercation over cutting the branch of a tree.
Rezaul was admitted to Sadar Hospital in a critical condition where he died Friday. Later, the body was sent to the hospital morgue for autopsy.
Iqbal went into hiding soon after the incident. A case was filed in this connection.
