Teletalk holds second AGM

The second annual general meeting (AGM) of Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd was held in the city recently. Chairman of the company Shaikh Khurshid Alam presided over the AGM.
The audited financial statements for the year ended on 31 December, 2006 and the reports of the auditors and the directors were adopted in the AGM.
The shareholders present expressed satisfaction on the overall performance of the company for the year under review and expected further growth and sustainable progress in the days ahead.
The AGM was attended by the shareholders and directors of the company.
