Tenant identification forms

Over the past few months, Dhaka city has been witnessing a rising trend of snatching, hijacking and stealing. According to law enforcement agencies, many criminals rent flats for some months, commit crimes and go back to their home towns. The law enforcers cannot trace them because they live in rented flats. Had the landlords submitted tenant identification forms to their respective police stations sincerely, such crimes could have been quite low in the capital.
It is imperative that house owners carry out due diligence before renting their houses and submit verification forms to the police stations. This not only enhances security but also helps in solving crimes. We can play our part to curb Dhaka city's crimes by remaining cautious about strangers and filing tenant verification documents prior to taking them as tenants.
