Stephen Brobst, chief technology officer (CTO) of Teradata, a leading data warehouse company providing technology and professional services, will arrive in Bangladesh on a three day visit tomorrow (Monday).
Dr Stephen's specialisation is in the design and construction of Decision Support System for Fortune 500 companies in the United States and international arena.
A Computer Science graduate from MIT and MBA from Harvard, Stephen is a prominent figure in the area of large database management.
He considers Bangladesh as one of the upcoming and emerging markets where there is a vast potential of use of data for business decision making to gain competitive edge.
He is expected to meet with leading telecom and financial organisations along with high government officials during the visit, said a press release.
