Thai Embassy organises charity fair for flood victims

The Royal Thai Embassy and Thai community in Bangladesh will organise a charity fair to raise fund for helping the country's flood victims.
The event, titled 'food against flood: helping hands for food relief', will take place on August 24-25 from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm at the Royal Thai Embassy in the city.
Ministry of Food and Disaster Management Adviser Tapan Chowdhury will be present in the opening ceremony of the fair as the chief guest.
The stalls, participating in the fair, will offer Thai food items, fruits, drinks and desserts as well as lucky draw.
The event is open to all with entrance fees of Tk 300 for adult and Tk 100 for children under 12 years, and each will receive food coupon of equivalent value in return.
