The 16th annual general meeting (AGM) of Baraka Power Limited was held virtually on Sunday. Faisal Ahmad Chowdhury, Chairman of Baraka Power, and Fahim Ahmed Chowdhury, managing director, attended the meeting. The AGM approved a 5 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022-23. The meeting was moderated by Company Secretary Md Saiful Islam Chowdhury.
