The 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) of Asia Pacific General Insurance Company Limited was held on a virtual platform on Thursday. Chairman of the company Aftabul Islam presided over the meeting. Board of directors of the company Kashfi Kamal, Moynul Haque Siddiqui, Gazi AZM Shamim, Mohd Shahjahan Miah, Abdul Haque, Golam Kabir Chowdhury, Shah Md Tawsif Wahid Anabil, Representative of Moshiur Rahman, Lipika Bishwas and Woahida Pervin Happy, Independent Director M Jalalul Hai, Chief Executive Officer Bidhu Bhuson Chakraborty and Assistant Managing Director (CFO) Md Shariful Islam Chowdhury were present on the occasion. General shareholders of the company attended the meeting and unanimously passed the Annual Accounts and approved of 15 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022.
