The 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) of ICB Asset Management Company Limited (a subsidiary of ICB) was held at a hotel in the capital on Saturday. The meeting was presided over by Professor Dr. Md. Kismatul Ahsan, chairman of the board of directors of the company, while Chief Executive Officer Mahmuda Akhter was present. The shareholders approved 150 per cent dividend (100 per cent cash & 50 per cent stock) for FY 2022-23 in the meeting.
