The 23rd Annual General Meeting of ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML), a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), was held at a city hotel on Saturday, with its Chairman Md Abul Hossain in the chair. Board members, including Md Humayun Kabir Chowdhury, Md Zahid Hossain, Fauzia Haque, Md Amjad Hossain, and Razi Uddin Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer Mazeda Khatun and shareholder Md Sharikul Anam attended the meeting while ICB Chairman Prof Dr Md Kismatul Ahsan was present as the guest of honour. Shareholders approved a total of 2.5 per cent dividend (1.0 per cent interim and 1.5 per cent final) for financial year 2022-23.
