The 40th annual general meeting of City Bank was held virtually on Tuesday. Aziz Al Kaiser, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. Managing Director & CEO Mashrur Arefin also attended the meeting. The AGM approved 10 per cent cash and 2 per cent stock dividends.
