The 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) was held on a virtual platform on Saturday, with its Chairman Dr Suborna Barua in the chair. At the AGM, shareholders approved 2.5 per cent cash and 2.5 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on 30 June 2023. Managing Director of ICB Md Abul Hossain and other Directors of the Board were present at the meeting.
