The board of directors of Mercantile Insurance Company Ltd in its meeting held recently unanimously elected Abdul Haque as Chairman of the board of directors while Md Nabiullah was re-elected as vice chairman of the company. M Nasir Uddin was elected as the chairman of the executive committee.
