The coming budget should be made for the well being of the country

If the budget comes with a heavy tax burden for purchase of land, share of companies, floor, and apartments, the proposal of the committee of the finance ministry will not be appropriate from the decision makers which have come to the newspapers. Unreasonable extension of tax on undisclosed capital will discourage those who wants to invest. They should be allowed tax free opportunities for investment. For the better improvement of capital utilisation and for coping with unemployment and to reduce corruption and crime.
The budget of 2009-2010 was not easy one. People and the tax-payers wishing to get an easier tax systems will definitely not want a budget more complicated than the present year's one. Government should go for easier policy making for the development of the country.
If the tax is charged more and more the country will not be in position to create something special for the next generation. To save the economy of the country, policies and planning should be adopted consistent with the standard of the economic system and people should get positive and appropriate facilities like education, hospital facilities from the govt. and other facilities that citizen get in other countries. Poor people are not getting proper education and sufficient treatment. They are not getting better protection from the health development units and as assistance for birth control. So, in this regard, govt. should keep separate allocation of more funds in the upcoming budget for to reduce family size and reduce the growth of population.
Though we have got sufficient manpower for which we also feel proud, there is no scope and possibilities to utilise the unemployed people. We must provide them in different fields as per qualification and experience to reduce crisis and crimes. We must look forward to find employment in foreign countries from the special efforts of our ministry of labour and manpower to bring foreign exchange. We are also loosing agricultural land. Government should be more careful for giving a good budget for the agricultural sector and for research centres devoted to agriculture.
Lastly government should consider and allow the people to invest their untaxed money and make necessary rules to exempt them from tax for first time investment. This provision should be kept in the coming budget 2010-2011.
