The economic train

Monday, 20 August 2007

If the free economy is a train, the business people, the manufactures and the traders, are its engine and wheels. To fight the soaring inflation, it is essential to take them into full confidence and secure their unhesitant, unreserved support. The problem still now is: "Once beaten, twice shy".
Put the train in order and on the right track through overt, explicit confident-building measures. A smooth journey shall begin. But don't expect very impressive results overnight. There are things, like high world market prices, which the business people cannot resolve.
