Three drown as boat capsizes in Narsingdi river

NARSINGDI, Aug 28: Three people drowned and at least four went missing when a boat capsized in the river in Raipura Upazila of Narsingdi Friday afternoon. The dead were identified as Mizan (8), Abdul Mannaf Mia (70) and Farooq Mia (25). The boat overloaded with about 50 passengers sank at around 1:30pm while it was returning from Hasnabad Hat. — UNB
