Three held in Adabor

Police have arrested three suspects over the murder of a BNP leader in the capital's Adabor reportedly following a dispute over watching a football World Cup match and celebrating the victory, reports bdnews24.com.
Dhaka Metropolitan Police Tejgaon Division's Deputy Commissioner Md Ibne Mizan said the three were arrested in the Nobodoy Housing residential area around 4:30pm on Thursday.
The arrestees are Shoaib, Arman and Nayan, all identified by a single name.
Police are conducting raids to arrest the fugitives.
The victim Abul Bashar Badshah was the general secretary of the local BNP unit.
