Three killed in Jessore road accident

JESSORE, Dec 26 (BSS): Three persons were killed and seven others were seriously injured in a road crash at Santala area on Jessore-Jhenidah highway under sadar upazila in Jessore district Sunday afternoon. The deceased were identified as Rabiul Islam alias Rabi,50,of Talbaria village,Tabibur Rahman,22,and Tipul alias Tipu,24,son of Ayub Ali of village Doulotdihi under sadar upazila in Jessore district. The injured are-Akter Hossen,28,Sohag,20,Rahima Khatun,40,Amena,18,Rokeya,30,Moslemuddin,50,and Rana,20,were admitted in Jessore 250-bed hospital. Three were died including the easy- bike driver under treatment. Post-mortem examination of three bodies were held in the hospital morgue. A case was filed with Jessore Kotwali police station in this connection.
