Three killed in landmine blast along Myanmar border

COX'S BAZAR, May 24 (UNB): Three Bangladeshi nationals were killed in a landmine explosion near the Myanmar border in Naikhongchhari of Bandarban on Sunday.
The deceased were identified as Leraia, 41, son of Suniong Chakma, Ongke Mong, 50, son of Neomong Chakma, and Chingka Ong, son of Oimong Chakam of Bhalukia Para under No-9 ward of Ghumdhum.
The explosion occurred around noon in zero-line area near border pillars 42 and 43 along the frontier when they went there to their cropland.
