Three sent to jail over Tantibazar snatching case

A Dhaka court has sent three snatchers to jail after a one-day remand in connection with a case filed over a snatching incident at a Puja mandap in the capital's Tantibazar area on Friday night, reports BSS.
The accused are Askash (23), Ridoy (23) and Jibon (19).
Sub-Inspector of Kotwali thana Md Rushd Hasan produced them before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court after completion of their one-day remand on Monday.
After a hearing, Metropolitan Magistrate Arafatul Rakib passed the order to send them to jail until the investigation into the case ends.
