Three Sherpur war criminals jailed for life

International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 has sentenced life imprisonment to three war criminals from Sherpur's Nokla upazila for the crimes they committed during the Liberation War in 1971, reports BSS.
A three-member judicial panel led by Justice Md Shahinur Islam, chairman of ICT-1, handed down the verdict on Monday.
The convicts are SM Aminuzzaman Faruk, Md Makleshur Rahman alias Tara and AKM Akram Hossain.
