Three SPs, two DCs get new postings

In the latest reshuffle in the police administration, three superintendents of police (SPs) and two deputy commissioners (DCs) have been transferred and given new postings, reports UNB.
The Public Security Division under the Home Ministry issued a notification on Monday in this regard with immediate effect.
According to the notification, Chuadanga SP Md Mahbubur Rahman has been transferred as Chandpur SP while Gaibandha SP Abdul Mannan Mia made Naogaon SP and SP of Industrial Police Unit Md Jahidul Islam has replaced Mahbubur.
Besides, DC of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Md Maruf Hossain Sorder has been made SP of Dhaka and DMP DC Tawhidul Islam sent to Gaibandha as SP.
