Three US doctors to facilitate Khaleda's treatment

Two physicians from Johns Hopkins University of the United States (US) arrived in Dhaka on Wednesday evening to facilitate interned BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia's treatment.
Sources in the BNP confirmed that the two doctors reached Dhaka at around 7:30pm on the day.
Another was set to arrive by midnight on the day.
The doctors are Dr James Peter Adam Hamilton, Dr Christo Georgiades and Dr Hamid Ahmed Abdur Rab.
Among them, one is a hepatologist, one is an interventionist and the other is a nephrologist, it was learnt.
Earlier, Law Minister Anisul Huq told newsmen the government had allowed the foreign doctors to come to Dhaka for Khaleda Zia's treatment.
The BNP chairperson, also a former prime minister, has been undergoing treatment at the city's Evercare Hospital since August 9.
