Three workers fall to their death from Ctg building

Three workers have died after falling from the ninth floor of an under-construction building near Rangam Convention Hall in Chattogram, reports bdnews24.com.
The incident occurred around 12:15pm on Friday while the men were plastering a wall, police say.
The dead have been identified as Mohammad Hasan, Fakhrul Islam and Md Rashed -- all from Noakhali.
Kotwali Police Station chief Abdul Karim confirmed that the workers fell while on the job.
Sub-Inspector Nurul Alam Ashek of the Chattogram Medical College Hospital police outpost said the three were brought to the hospital in critical condition.
Two were declared dead on arrival by doctors, while Rashed died later in the afternoon while undergoing treatment in Ward No. 28.
The injured were brought in by another construction worker named Md Russell.
Speaking to bdnews24.com, he said he had come down around 10am due to "feeling unwell".
According to him, the incident happened around 12pm.
"Around 12pm, they suddenly fell," Russell said. "I rushed them to the hospital in critical condition."
