Bangladesh reached 70 without loss as the home side decided to bat first in the third and final cricket Test against Zimbabwe in Chittagong on Wednesday. The two openers have given a good show-up so far in the series. Tamim Iqbal was not out for 32 while co-opener Imrul Kayes unbeaten on 32. The host team have already taken a 2-0 unassailable lead after wins in Dhaka and Khulna. Bangladesh have drafted in opener Imrul Kayes in place of the dropped Shamsur Rahman and rested Shahadat Hossain to make way for Shafiul Islam. Quick bowler Shingi Masakadza and Richmond Mutumbami have replaced Tendai Chatara and Malcolm Waller, who was reported for a suspect action in the previous Test, according to a news agency.
