Tigers in T20 Cricket final beating Pakistan

Bangladesh moved into the final of the 11th SA Games T20 Cricket beating giant Pakistan by comfortable 52 runs at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur Friday, reports UNB.
Bangladesh will play the final against Sri Lanka Sunday at the same venue.
Winning the toss in the day's match, Bangladesh opened the innings first and made a moderate score of 156 runs for the loss of six wickets in quota 20 overs.
After the departure of four top order batsmen-opener Ronny Talukder (1), opener Anamul Haque (14), two down Asif Ahmed (7) and one down Mohammad Mithun (32) -- for 80 runs in 12 overs, number five batsman Nasir Hossain pairing with Sabbir Rahman made a fighting total of 65 runs in the 5th wicket stand.
Sabbir Rahman quick-fired unbeaten 46 runs off just 22 balls featuring two fours and four sixes while Nasir Hossain contributed 43-ball 45 runs with four boundaries.
Junaid Khan grabbed three Bangladesh wickets for 20 runs while Nayyar Abbas, Kamran Hussain and M Rameez took one wicket each.
In reply, Pakistan were all out for 104 runs in 17.3 overs with Nayyar Abbas (37) and Ali Asad (17) reaching the double figures.
Pacer Shuvashis Roy, Nasir Hossain and Sanjamul Islam claimed two wickets each conceding 10, 20 and 28 runs respectively while Nazmul Islam, Sabbir Rahman and Asif Ahmed took one wicket each.
In the day's other match, Sri Lanka earned an empathic 152-run victory over the Maldives at the same venue Friday morning.
Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 220 for 3 in 20 overs with Priyo Ranjan making 92 runs off 50 balls and later they booked the Maldives at 74 runs for 5 in 20 overs.
