Tigers leave for London today

Bangladesh national cricket team leaves the city for London this (Friday) morning to take part in the ICC World T20 Cricket that will begin in England on June 5, reports UNB.
Skipper Mohammad Ashraful and his deputy Mashrafe Bin Mortaza will join the team in London on May 24.
Bangladesh, placed in Group A of the shorter version of cricket with India and Ireland, will face mighty India on June 6 at the Trent Bridge in Nottingham and play their last group match with Ireland on June 8 at the same venue.
Besides, Bangladesh will play five warm-up matches before their World Cup engagement in England -- against New Zealand on May 26, Holland May 28, Scotland May 29, Australia May 30 and against Sri Lanka on June 2.
Bangladesh squad: Mohammad Ashraful (captain), Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (vice captain), Tamim Iqbal, Zunaed Siddiqui, Roquibul Hasan, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Naeem Islam, Abdur Razaak, Shahadat Hossain Rajib, Syed Russell, Mahmud Ullah, Rubel Hossain, Shamsur Rahman and Mohammad Mithun.
Standby: Mehrab Hosssain Jr., Imrul Kayes, Nazmul Hossain, Mahbubul Alam and Sohrawardi Shuvo.
