TITAS GAS HOLDS 42ND AGM

The 42nd annual general meeting (AGM) of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd. was held virtually on Wednesday. Md Nurul Alam, Chairman, Titas Board, and Secretary, Energy and Mineral Resources Division, presided over the meeting. The AGM approved five per cent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2022-23.
