Tk 0.15m looted from shop in Jessore

BENAPOLE, Feb 7 (UNB): Robbers looted Tk 0.15 million from a shop injuring three people blasting crude bombs in Rajarhat of Jessore district on Friday night.
The injured were identified as Shawkat Ali, 50, a wholesale trader, his son Ashikur Rahman, 20, of Ramnagar village in sadar upazila, and a pedestrian, Abdul Jalil, 60.
The victim, Ashikur Rahman, said a gang of masked robbers, numbering 7/8, swooped on Shawkat's shop and blasted 6/7 crude bombs around 10:30 pm, leaving two people injured.
Later they looted Tk 0.15 million breaking open the cash box of the shop.
Before fleeing, the bandits blasted ¾ more crude bombs, leaving Abdul Jalil injured.
