Tk 1.2m, motorcycle snatched from businessman

RAJSHAHI, Sept 16 (UNB): Muggers snatched Tk 1.25 million (Tk 12.5 lakh) in cash and a motorcycle after attacking a businessman in broad daylight in Rajshahi city on Tuesday.
The incident took place around 2pm at Baharampur Nimtola Piajir Mor under Rajpara Police Station.
The victim, Md Chand Mia, 40, a resident of Shilpipara in Sapura Mathurdanga under Boalia Police Station, sustained severe injuries to his head, forehead and nose.
