Tk 16.48b toll collected from Padma Bridge

Over Tk 16.48 billion toll have so far been collected from 12.7 million vehicles that crossed the Padma Bridge, said Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Tuesday, reports UNB.
Besides, Tk 9.48 billion has been paid to the Finance Division in the six installments while Tk 3.14 billion will be submitted to the Finance Division to the Prime Minister on June 27 as 7th and 8th installments, he said while talking to reporters at Shetu Bhaban.
He also claimed that Padma Bridge construction saved Tk 15 billion.
