Tk 2m ornaments, cash stolen from city house

Gold ornaments and cash worth Tk 2.0 million were stolen from a city house at Mohammadpur Saturday night. Neighbours said, the thieves entered the house of Hazi Jahangir, a brick trader by cutting grills at Katasor at about 7:30 pm. They said there was none in the house during the stealing as all the house inmates went to visit a patient at a city hospital. —UNB
