Tofazzal elected chairman of NCC Bank

The board of directors of NCC Bank Ltd, in its recent meeting, has elected Tofazzal Hossain and ASM Mainuddin Monem as the bank's chairman and vice-chairman respectively.
Both of them are sponsor directors of the bank.
Tofazzal Hossain was born in 1952 at Majlishpur in Feni. He obtained his masters degree in Political Science from Jagannath College. He was the chairman of Islami Insurance Bangladesh Ltd as well as the banking and finance committee of BGMEA.
On the other hand, Mainuddin Monem obtained his BBA from Boston University, and MBA from Harvard Business School of USA with concentration in finance and business strategy.
Presently he is the deputy managing director of Abdul Monem Limited, CEO of AM Pharma Limited, chairman of AML Power Ltd, and vice-chairman of Pragati Insurance Ltd.
