Tokyo shares fall

Tokyo stocks fell 0.36 per cent on Tuesday morning, hit by profit-taking after the recent round of advances to five-month highs. The Nikkei 225 index gave up 56.07 points to 15,313.21 by the break, while the Topix index of all first-section issues was off 0.35 per cent, or 4.38 points, to 1,263.10, according to AFP.
