Tokyo, Vietnam stock exchanges link up

TOKYO, Oct 25 (AFP): The Tokyo Stock Exchange signed a deal Wednesday to cooperate with Vietnam's hot-performing bourse, including through possible cross listings of stocks on the two exchanges.
