Tongi college students block highway

GAZIPUR, Oct 16 (UNB): Students of Tongi City College on Wednesday blocked the Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway on Wednesday morning following the death of a student in a road crash on Tuesday.
The students started their demonstration and formed a human chain around 11:30am and continued till 1pm. Some students also vandalised several vehicles during the protest.
Students said they will continue their protest until the driver and his assistant of the killer bus are arrested. They warned of intensifying their demonstration if their demands are not met.
